台湾海峡及毗邻海域海上调查与数据中心是以福建省科学技术厅“福建省海上环境调查监测公共技术服务平台”项目建设为基础，整合我所“延平2号”海上科考调查平台、无人机空中数据采集平台和陆基海洋环境分析实验室等立体海洋调查平台资源，以海洋调查公共技术服务和海洋数据共享应用体系建设为基础业务，为国家自然科学基金项目共享航次、国家海洋调查船队及海洋志愿观测船计划等提供技术服务和数据共享应用支持的科研业务部门。

Oceanographic Survey and Data Centre of the Taiwan Strait and Its Adjacent Waters (OSDC) is a scientific research and business division based on the “Public Technical Service Platform of Fujian Marine Environmental Survey and Investigation” of Fujian Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The OSDC provides technical service and data sharing application support on the basis of the business of marine survey public technical service and marine data sharing application system construction for open-research cruises plan of the National Natural Science Foundation Project, China Marine Research Vessels and Marine Voluntary Observing Ships Plan by integrating 3D marine survey platform resources of “Yan Ping No. 2” marine scientific investigation platform, Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) data acquisition platform and land-based marine environmental analysis laboratories.
